The Bosnian Competition Authority finds no anticompetitive practices on the market for telecom interconnection services in the absence of the requisite anticompetitive object and effect (Crumb / Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske / Aneks)

On 17 November 2011 the Competition Authority of Bosnia & Herzegovina (KV) [1] closed its investigation into the alleged existence of anticompetitive agreement between the incumbent telecom operator Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske a.d.(Telekom RS) and an independent provider of fixed telephony services Aneks d.o.o.(the respondents). The KV found no signs of the anticompetitive object and effect in the vertical interconnection agreement whereby RS Telekom provided interconnection services to Aneks.
