On appeal on the Cartel of large retailers for cosmetics and health care products decision of the Italian Competition Authority (ICA) the Regional Administrative Tribunal of Latium (Tar Latium) examined full immunity and fine reductions granted to a number of cartelists pursuant to the ICA Resolution on Leniency n. 16472/2007 [1].By the following judgment,Reckitt Benckiser Holdings (Italia) v AGCM [2], the Tar Latium found that the ICA correctly assessed the reliability of statements and supporting documents supplied by the leniency applicants.
