On November 29, 2010, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced a consent agreement with GrafTech International relating to its acquisition of Seadrift Coke L.P. (Seadrift).  This action marks the second time this year that the DOJ has sought relief in a vertical merger. It also represents the second time that the DOJ has targeted most-favored nation (MFN) pricing provisions as anticompetitive.
