Slovakia: Authority's Comments on Draft Act Concerning Postal Services On 27 November 2009, the Ministry of Transport, Posts and Telecommunications of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter “the Ministry”) submitted a draft Act on Postal Services (hereinafter: the Draft) to the legislative process. In order to ensure the conformity of new legislation with the Slovak competition law, the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter only “the Office”) has the right to comment on draft legislations. After examination of the Draft, the Office adopted the following opinion on 6 December 2009. The Office objects to the Draft
