The Serbian Competition Authority holds unlawful minimum tariffs imposed to members of a professional association (Veterinary Chamber of Serbia)

Following a complaint, the Serbian Competition Authority (Komisija za zastitu konkurencije) started an investigation concerning the fixation of minimum prices by the Veterinary Chamber of Serbia (“Veterinarska komora Srbije”), a professional association of veterinaries.
