The ECJ Advocate General Mengozzi recommends annulment of CFI’s judgment in the chemical sector (Archer Daniels Midland)

Advocate General (AG) Mengozzi has recently delivered two interesting opinions in the field of competition law enforcement. On appeal in the AEPIand Archer Daniels Midlandcases, he advised the Court of Justice to quash the judgments of the Court of First Instance (CFI).
