(Magyar Lapterjesztõ Rt), Vj-45/2004/46, 9 November 2004 In Hungary, Magyar Lapterjesztõ Rt is the owner of all the wholesalers of daily, weekly, monthly and other papers. Magyar Lapterjesztõ Rt divided Hungary up geographically into ten areas, allocating a wholesaler to each territory. Buhivir Rt was one of these wholesalers which provided newspapers for 2000 retailers. The contracts between Buhivir Rt and the retailers followed the same format but there was room for individual negotiation depending on the circumstances.
