The Moldovan Competition Authority finds excessive tariffs charged by the bus terminal operators for their ticketing services (Auto Terminals and Stations)

On 13 May 2011 the Moldovan Competition Authority (ANPC) [1] held that seven private bus terminal operators were imposing economically unjustified (excessive) charges for their ticketing services and thus committed an exploitative abuse of dominant position pursuant to the national equivalent of Article 102 TFEU (imposing unfavorable trading conditions) [2].
