Factual Background The Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) has recently issued its decision regarding the notification of a proposed concentration between Swissport Cyprus Limited and LGS Handling Limited for the creation of a joint venture S & L Airport Services Limited. The CPC conducted a full investigation of the notification in question regarding the possibility of the creation of spill-over effects into the adjacent markets which relate to the supply of passenger facility services at Larnaca and Paphos airports due to possibility of the joint venture resulting in coordination of actions or inappropriate
