The Bulgarian Competition Authority issues its 2009 annual report

On 27 May 2010 the Bulgarian Competition Authority (CPC) [1] presented its 2009 Annual Report to the national parliament [2]. While the 2009 report covers various areas of the CPC's activity including state aid control, prosecution of unfair competition and international cooperation, present review shall focus exclusively on the competition law enforcement carried out by the CPC in 2009.
