In March 2016, the Moscow Arbitration Court expressed its support of the position of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) on the case of abuse of dominance by the Google group of companies [1] involving its actions on the Android operation system. The decision of FAS Russia was taken as far back as in September 2015, while the company tried to appeal the decision twice, at the Arbitration Court of Moscow in March 2016 and the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal in August 2016.
