Competition Bureau Issues New Draft Price Maintenance Enforcement Guidelines* Canada’s Competition Bureau has issued new Price Maintenance Enforcement Guidelines for public comment (see: Competition Bureau Seeks Comments on its Draft Price Maintenance Guidelines).
