United Kingdom: Competition Regime Reforms announced* On 15 March 2012, the UK Government announced the outcome of its consultation on the future of the competition regime. Following the consultation, the Government is proposing to create a new Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) that will bring the Competition Commission and the OFT’s competition functions into a single organisation
