The Spanish Competition Authority (Comisión Nacional de la Competencia,CNC) has published a report on the bill to create the national markets and competition commission, in which it makes some proposals for amendments of the draft legislation. In March, 15, 2012, the Council of the Competition Authority (CNC) approved the report on the bill to create the so called National Markets and Competition Commission.The CNC affirms that if done properly, the current system of supervision and regulation in the field of competition law could be improved in Spain.
