The Turkish Competition Authority unconditionally clears an acquisition in the film production, theatrical distribution and home entertainment distribution markets (Fida Film/Tiglon)

This study analyses the decision of the Turkish Competition Authority in which it has cleared the acquisition of Tiglon, active in the film production market and the third largest firm in the theatrical distribution market, by Fida Film, dominant on the market for screen advertising in cinemas, without any conditions or commitments.
