The European Parliament adopts resolution on the European Commission’s 2008 report on competition

On 2 March 2010, the European Parliament adopted a resolution on the European Commission’s 2008 Report on Competition Policy. In its resolution the Parliament welcomes the publication of the Commission report, in particular its focus on cartels and consumers and the publication of the Commission’s Guidance on enforcement priorities in relation to abusive, exclusionary conduct by dominant undertakings.
