The Paris Court of Appeal confirms decision against French mobile operators in exchange of information case (Orange, SFR, Bouygues Télécom)

On 11 March 2009, the Paris Court of Appeal confirmed the French Competition Council’s decision of 30 December 2005 in which it found inter aliathat, by engaging in the exchange of confidential information, three French mobile operators, Orange (France Télécom Group), SFR (Vivendi Group) and Bouygues Télécom, had managed to significantly reduce competition on the market,
