The Office for the Protection of Competition (hereinafter the Office) confirms in its decision of 12 March 2007 its first instance decision of 10 August 2006, by which it condemned RWE Transgas, the dominant supplier of natural gas on the Czech market, for an abuse of its dominant position on the basis of the Czech Competition Law and Article 82 of the Treaty but reduces the imposed fine.
