The Serbian Competition Authority finds abuse of dominant position in the market of RTV cable distribution services in Belgrade (Serbia broadband)

The Serbian Competition Authority (“Komisija za zastitu konkurencije”) determined in its decision adopted on 22 March 2007, that cable distributor “Serbia Broadband - Srpske Kablovske Mreze doo” (“SBB”) abused its dominant position in the market for provision of radio and TV cable distribution services in Belgrade. The Competition Authority sanctioned the practices of Serbia Broadband consisting in leading a promotional action in the territory of Belgrade, which had as a consequence significant prevention, restriction or distortion of competition in the relevant market.
