"Seventh Survey on State Aid in the EU"* In March 1999 the Commission approved the Seventh Survey on State Aid in the EU (COM (1999) 148) and as in previous years the coverage has been extended. For the first time data on all transport sub-sectors receiving aid have been included and a separate chapter has been written on Foreign Direct Investment.
