The Development of the Collaborative Economy and the Relaxation of Market Access Conditions for Traditional Service Providers Leads to the Improvement of Competition* The Coronavirus pandemic has demonstrated once again that digitalization, increasing the importance of platforms, technological convergence and the implementation of innovations are current trends which bring major benefits to the economy and consumers as a whole and, as a result, change the traditional regulatory approach in some sectors.
