The Belarusian Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade Ministry releases a notice on the terms of agreements signed between the State and undertakings in dominant position

On 29 June 2018 Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade Ministry of the Republic of Belarus released a special notice on the terms of the agreements signed between the State and the companies in the dominant position. As of 3 August 2018 the State has a possibility to sign an agreement in order to approve of a company’s dominance on its relevant market and the planified price changes.
