The infringement The European Commission ("Commission") sanctions three producers of canned mushrooms, Lutèce, Prochamp and Bonduelle, for participating in a cartel and imposes fines amounting to €32.2 million. The cartelists exchanged confidential information on tenders, set minimum prices, agreed on volume targets and allocated customers in order to stabilise the market shares of the companies and to stop the decline of prices.
