The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority enters into a settlement with distributor of leisure weapons in a resale price maintenance case (HG Agencies)

On 30 June 2013, the owner of the Danish distributor of leisure weapons, HG Agencies entered into a settlement with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority for infringing section 6 of the Danish Competition Act by imposing resale price maintenance on one of its dealers. Under the settlement the owner of the company HG Agencies accepted to pay a personal fine of DKK 40,000 (about EUR 5,400).
