On the 27 of June 2012, the Dutch Competition Authority approved under strict conditions the acquisition of Intres B.V. by Euretco Holding B.V.. I. Facts The decision of the Dutch Competition Authority (‘DCA’) relates to the procedure of the required approval of a proposed concentration under article 34 of the Dutch Competition Act of 22 May 1997. On 8 December 2011, the DCA received the notification of the proposed concentration by which Euretco notified its intention to acquire the entire share capital of Intres.
