The President of the Polish Competition Authority issues new guidelines on the assessment of notified concentrations

After issuing the Guidelines on criteria and procedure for notification of the concentration intent, in which the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (the “OCCP President” or the “Authority”) clarified which undertaking is to notify the concentration and how notification should proceed, now the OCCP President has issued Guidelines on the assessment of notified concentrations (the Guidelines). The Guidelines were presented for public consultations on 11 June 2012. This draft document came along with recently published amendment proposals for the Polish Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
