Introduction On June 22, 2012 the Hellenic Competition Commission found the Pharmacists Association of Achaia, whose members are all the owners of pharmacies in Achaia, (hereinafter: PAA), the Pharmacists Union of Achaia and Islands (hereinafter: PUAI), Panagiota Karousos-Akrivi Asprogeraka PLC, pharmaceutical warehouse in Western Greece (hereinafter: AKNOPHARM) and Apostolaki E.Efthimia OE, pharmaceutical warehouse in Western Greece as well (hereinafter: Apostolaki OE) guilty of collectively seeking to exclude infant formulae and follow-on formulae of specific companies from pharmacies' distribution channel.
