Finland: Copyright Management Organization abused its Dominant Position* On 30 June 2011, the Helsinki Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal of the Finnish Composers’ Copyright Society (Teosto) to annul a district court decision where Teosto was found to have abused its dominant position on the market of licensing copyrights.
