The Paris Court of Appeal confirms fines in public procurement contract case (Veolia Transport)

On 15 June 2010, the Paris Court of Appeal rejected in its entirety an appeal brought by Veolia Transport (previously Connex) against a decision of the former Competition Council of July 2005, which imposed fines totaling € 12 million on Kéolis, Connex and Transdev – three market leaders in the public transport sector –
