Facts of the case The Rába Group (the "Group") is one of Hungary's largest vehicle manufacturers, which produces undercarriages, spare parts and commercial vehicles, mainly for export markets (60% of its production is exported). The Rába Group is one of the biggest undercarriage constructors in the world. The other party, Integris, was originally constituted by the Rába Group itself for the purpose of providing to the Group IT, financial, accounting and investment services.
