CCI closes case of alleged abuse of dominance by ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (OLA)* The CCI vide order dated July 19, 2017 closed the case of alleged abuse of dominant position by OLA. The complaint against OLA was filed by Fast Track Call Cab Pvt. Ltd. and Meru Travel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. under Section 19(1) (a) of the Competition Act, 2002 in Case No. 06 of 2015 and Case No. 74 of 2015 respectively . Since the allegations were similar in both the cases, the CCI decided to club the matters for the purposes of investigation and final disposal. The main allegation of the Informants in both the cases was that OP has abused its dominant position in the relevant market by offering heavy discounts to the passengers and incentives to the cab drivers associated with it, amounting to
