The President of the Polish Competition Authority finds that a professional road transport association has restricted competition by imposing differentiated charges for distributing TIR vouchers (Association of International Road Carriers)

The Association of International Road Carriers (AIRC), the largest Polish road transport industry association bringing together four thousand entities, has the exclusive right to distribute TIR vouchers in Poland.
