The Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publishes draft provisions on internet information service rules

Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT): Provisions on the Administration of Internet Information Services (Draft for Comments)* The MIIT published and invited public comments on the draft Provisions on the Administration of Internet Information Services (Internet Information Service Rules) on 27 July 2011. The consultation period ended on 11 August 2011.
