The parties This case arose from a complaint of the Superior Institute of Driving (SID) and the Belgian Consumer Association ‘Test-Achats” (TA) lodged before the Belgian Competition Council (“the Council”) against the Belgian Federation of Professional Driving Schools (BFPDS).
