THE COMMISSION APPROVES A SELECTIVE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR GIVENCHY*
The Commission has adopted a formal decision under Article 85(3) of the EEC Treaty with regard to a standard form selective distribution contract, which defines the conditions for the marketing in the EEC of perfume, skin care and beauty products manufactured by the French company Parfums Givenchy [1].
