The 28th Section of the High Court of Madrid (Audiencia Provincial de Madrid), the court of appeal specialising in commercial and competition law in the Madrid region, has recently issued a decision reinstating certain interim measures it had earlier adopted in relation to the Super League project. The Court's analysis is necessarily confined to those elements essential for the adoption of interim measures, i.e. it is a provisional and prima facie assessment of the case.
