The Competition Authority found that, in 2011-2015, the telephone operator limited the access for Simplus Invest SRL to their mobile phone network, blocking its transmission of commercial messages activity to/from Orange clients. Simplus Invest SRL is an integrator, a company which intermediates the message transmission through short numbers between certain beneficiary companies and the clients of mobile telephone operators. In order to carry out their activity, the integrators conclude contracts with clients (companies that want to send commercial messages)
