Competition Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT) rejects the application of Binani Cement for complete stay of penalty in Cement Cartel appeals* COMPAT by its order dated January 9, 2017 has rejected the application of Binani Cement for complete stay of penalty while its appeal against the penalty imposed by Competition Commission of India (CCI) in cement cartel case are being heard in COMPAT.
