The Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine confirms a decision alleging bid rigging between a parent company and its subsidiary forming part of the same economic entity (Star Line)

Headnote: The decision of the Territorial Division of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (the AMC) alleging bid rigging in a public tender between a parent company and its subsidiary forming part of the same economic entity is upheld by the Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine (the HCCU) on 20 January 2015. The judgement of the HCCU implies that hereafter the AMC may find violation in the form of anticompetitive concerted practices between related companies.
