The French Supreme Court confirms annulment of fines for margin squeeze (France Télécom)

On 17 January 2012, the French Supreme Court upheld a judgment of the Paris Court of Appeal of 27 January 2011, which had annulled fines of € 18 million and € 2 million imposed on 2004 on France Télécom and SFR, respectively, for an alleged margin squeeze on the market for fixed- to-mobile telephony services.
