The Hellenic Competition Commission issues a notice on enforcement priorities

On 12 January 2010, the Hellenic Competition Commission [1] (hereafter: HCC) issued a Notice on Enforcement Priorities which is aimed at defining the limits on its discretionary power as an Independent Authority pursuant to Art 8b (2) lit p Act 703/1977 (Hellenic Act on the control of monopolies and oligopolies and on the protection of free competition). The purpose of the Notice is to exemplify the basic criteria for prioritization without neglecting the existing peculiarities of each case.
