On 12 January 2010, the Hellenic Competition Commission [1] (hereafter: HCC) issued a Notice on Enforcement Priorities which is aimed at defining the limits on its discretionary power as an Independent Authority pursuant to Art 8b (2) lit p Act 703/1977 (Hellenic Act on the control of monopolies and oligopolies and on the protection of free competition).
