Summary The Macedonian Competition Authority prosecuted incumbent telecom operator for engaging in abusive pricing when leasing its digital lines to independent internet providers, which resulted in the price squeeze that put its rivals at a competitive disadvantage. The NCA's decision followed the ruling of the Administrative Court that quashed its earlier decision for failure to state the period when continuous abuse of dominance took place. Procedure before the NCA On 1 July 2008 the Macedonian Competition Authority (Комисијата за заштита на конкуренцијата) (KZK) established abuse of dominant position on the market for Internet services provided via digital lines on the part of the incumbent telecom operator - Macedonian Telecom (А.Д.
