The US FTC announces its revised jurisdictional thresholds for the HSR and Clayton act
On February 15, 2019, the Federal Trade Commission announced new jurisdictional thresholds for the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (“HSR Act”) and Section 8 of the Clayton Act (“Corporate Interlock Statute”).
