The Polish Competition Authority conditionally clears a merger on the laundry detergents market (Henkel / PZ Cussons)

In the decision of 6 February 2014, the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (hereinafter referred to as the “OCCP President”) gave conditional consent for Henkel to acquire a part of assets of undertakings belonging to the PZ Cussons’s capital group.
