The Bosnian & Herzegovina Competition Authority initiates an investigation into potential margin squeeze practices of the incumbent telecom operators (BH Telecom / Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske)

On 16 February 2010 the Competition Authority of Bosnia & Herzegovina (KV) [1] opened an investigation into the potential margin squeeze practices applied by the incumbent telecom operators BH Telecom [2] and Telekom RS [3]. The investigation was prompted by the complaint submitted by the independent telecom operator Akt.online [4], which claimed that BH Telecom and Telekom RS abused their dominant position by obstructing access to their fixed line networks and applying discriminatory access conditions to the domestic providers.
