Introduction CONTO TV S.r.l. (CONTO TV) is a small broadcasting company operating satellite TV in Italy. LEGA CALCIO is the Italian Soccer Association, entrusted by the Italian law [1] with the task of selling soccer matches audio-television rights of its associates, Serie A and B clubs. On July 3, 2009, LEGA CALCIO published a call for tenders to award different packages of TV rights for the Serie A seasons 2010/2011 and 2011/2012.
