The UK energy regulator fines a network operator for abuse in gas metering market (National Grid)

On 25 February 2008, the UK energy regulator Ofgem fined National Grid £ 41.6 million (approximately € 51.4 million) for abusing its dominant position in the UK market for domestic gas metering in violation of Article 82 EC and the Chapter II
