The French Competition Authority accepts commitments to address competition concerns in the press distribution sector in New Caledonia and French Polynesia (NMPP)

Press distribution: NMPP offers the Conseil de la concurrence a commitment to introduce prices enabling independent exporters to distribute press in New Caledonia and French Polynesia under economically viable conditions.* As part of litigation proceedings brought by the company Export Press against NMPP, the Conseil de la concurrence issued a decision today, accepting the commitments offered by NMPP and formally closing the case.
