The operation On 23 October 2004 the acquisition by Scottish Radio Holdings (SRH) of Capital Radio Productions Limited (CRPL) was notified to the Irish Competition Authority (ICA). SRH is active in the radio and publishing business in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, where it owns national broadcaster Today FM. CRPL trades as FM 104, which broadcasts regionally in the Dublin area. FM 104 also currently operates a joint selling arrangement with the regional station Beat FM (expiring in June 2004) and has a minority stake of just below 10% of News 106 Limited, trading as Newstalk 106 FM.
