Bundeskartellamt prohibits E.ON’s acquisition of majority stake in Ruhrgas* The Bundeskartellamt has prohibited E.ON AG, Düsseldorf, (E.ON) from acquiring Bergemann GmbH, Essen (Bergemann) which would give it indirect control of Ruhrgas AG, Essen (Ruhrgas).
